Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
Boston, MA

Working with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Project Team, architect Zimmer Gunsul Frasca, and the DFCI Development Office, a comprehensive program of wayfinding, parking, and donor recognition signs were developed for the new Yawkey Center for Cancer Care.

The Gene Display donor recognition installation is located in an underground connector corridor between the Yawkey Center and the historic Dana Building. It is a unique installation of LED illuminated color blocks that slowly transition color, displaying micro-array gene sequences representative of newly developed cancer therapies.
