The Columbia University Medical Center Benefactor Wall was designed to recognize both historic and ongoing preeminent gifts to the institution. Located at their new Columbia Doctors clinical facilities at 51 West 51st Street, New York City, the recognition wall's high profile location called for a level of finish and execution to match the architectural space. Fabricated from two layers of glass with etched graphics on both surfaces and edge illuminated with a combination of white and blue LED fixtures, the wall creates an illusion of depth where there is none and draws the eye with intensely saturated color.
